I am experimenting with basic Elementor and see options to add a parallax like effect (scroll) for image backgrounds. But it doesn't apply when choosing a video. My goal is to create a header with a video background, text on top, and to have the block below roll over it when scrolling down the page. I'm using the Hello theme for this test. Is it possible to do?
