video background on tablet and mobile

Hello there.
I'm using elementor for my wp web site also I add a video background which I selected it plays on mobile.
Unfortunately it sn't playing on tablet and neter on mobile.
Can you help ?

Hi Ornella,
If you need video in web site header that can be played on mobile phones, than you should use Revolution Slider.
It works great for me.
You can upload your mp4 video in media library or upload on youtube .
It is better using yutube becouse mp4 video uploaded on media cant be played on iPhones.
