Updated Page looks different than what is in Elementor

Afternoon Guys,

Elementor 3.1.1
WP - 5.6.1

I wonder if anyone has had the issues I am finding with Elementor.

Using the Elementor page builder, the design looks good and the preview looks good on the preview pane.

But when the page is live, it looks completely different? Please see attached screen grabs.

Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas on a workaround or is the general feeling it's a 3.1.1 issue?
