Question Sticky header - transparent - scroll - not changing the background

Hi all!

I just build a website, limpiaymas and com in WP of course.

I try the sticky menu, but has problem with it. I was crawling around the net, and try to find solution, but no succes.

So, the menu is transparent but when scrolling, it should become white background. I added custom CSS, and tried all tutorials, but it is still not changing the background of it to white.

Any idea?
