Read More translation

Hi,
I'm using the Blog element in a Dutch version of Wordpress. I activated the Dutch translation of Elementor, but the Read More text under the excerpts on the blog page are still in English.
I can't find a way to translate them...

If you are using ElemPro you can change this in the widget settings. Or are you using another plugin
