Profile module: add post description to card

Hi anybody!

I've some problem.

I've need to do next: add module which can filtred archive of posts. Good filter is in portfolio module, but that element doesn't has post description (i've mean excpert text or content of post). It will be super if i can add ACF filed to post card.

Do you have another solutions or any ideas how customize it?
