Problem with a video who does not appears with some devices

Hello,

I'm new on this forum so sorry if this post is not at the right place.
I've added a video on a column of my website (which is not online yet),the video appears correctly on my desktop but not on my coleague's one (it simply appears as a picture).
Could you help my with this ?
