Optimizing Page for Mobile Please Help!

Hi,

I'm trying to optimize my website to be mobile friendly, however when I go to edit the 'About Us' page this random grey section shows. It doesn't do this for any other page on my site. Is this some sort of glitch? Anyone know how to get rid of this?
