Question Needing a button requiring the senders email address capable of sending an auto-response

We want to offer a free chapter of a book we will be selling via a website. Would like to have a button below the image of the chapter, where an interested reader could get an email response to their button click which would provide them with the URL to the download page. We need the button to have a field next to it where the reader would enter their email address (required) before clicking the button.
The closest I have seen in the Elementor docs is the use of a pop-up form; which we aren't interested in.
Anyone have a solution? Or is there any such item in the Pro version (which we licensed),and maybe I missed.
