Make an image appear in another area (not over the original image) when interacted with

Hi,

I'm new and trying to achieve an effect that I'll describe here using Elementor Free and any free plugins.

I have a pyramid that is broken down into 3 horizontal segments. I can create it as 3 separate PNG files if needed. When I hover over the first (lowest) segment, my client the following:

1. change to a certain color (just the image being hovered over)
2. it gets slightly bigger
3. words appear over that section
4. Next to it (perhaps another column) a description appears

Details: I have no coding skills, just elementor but have made a few nice and basic sites. I have graphic design skills.
