Looking for Free Options for a Category Grid

I have Elementor Pro, and It's beyond me why there is no Category Grid Widget or a Tab Widget that you can add Widgets too.
The Tab Widget is so I can put Post widgets into tabs. This is for the Home Page to display my Meme Image Posts.
