Question How to put menu in between two images and hide title

I try to put a menu in between two images in responsive manner. When I see this in mobile every element seems scattered and even in computer when more than 90% zoom.

Computer Browser: Firefox 70.0.1 64 bit
Mobile: Android 4.4.2
1. How can I make the two images in between menu without being scattered in any resolution or device i.e. in responsive manner?
2. How to hide the title after the menu?
