How to place a google map behind a transparent element

I have a design for my site that includes a kind of wavy footer. On the contact page of my site I'd like to have a full-width google map which sits above the footer as per attached design. In order to make it look right, I really need the google map to sit behind the footer - at least partially so there are no gaps between the elements - as per the attached image. We would normally use Elementor's divider shapes to achieve this but these require a coloured background and we'd need a transparent one. Does anyone have any ideas how we could achieve this in Elementor?

Thanks for your help.
