How to create colour highlights in text?

Hello! I have no knowledge of code but I am trying to create the below effect. I want my one of my headings to have an offset highlight behind the text and I want it to be centred on the page. So far I've been able to achieve the highlighted text but have not been able to centre the text. Please help!
