How to change the position of a featured image?

Working at the blog archive page on https:// www. logosbijbelsoftware.nl/blog/praktische-tips/

Currently the featured imaged is on the left next to the text. Instead, I want to have it above the text, and I can't manage that.
How can I get the featured image:

• above the title?
• or: between the title/meta data and the text?
