How to change header image?

Been looking for so long, googling and nothing.
It seems I can't select it in order for me to change the area's settings.
P.S, is there a way to align the header text top to bottom somehow? my ocd tells me it's a bit more to the bottom area of the white stripe.

It may be an EM Pro theme builder template file under 'headers'? If not, could be a theme built using Pro, Jet etc.

Could even be a JetMenu element.

Try some of those anyway.

Never used the free version, so I'm unsure of what you have available.
