How to build 1 blog page in my ThemeVision website with elementor

Hi all,

I am kinda new to this blogging thing... So I have a website with Theme Vision with different pages, and now I want to make one page a blog page.

Does this mean I have to make 'posts' which I can link to from my page?

If I make a page in Wordpress, I have the option to edit with Elementor, but if I make a post I can only edit in Wordpress. Is this the only way, or do I need a different plugin maybe?

I am lost..
