Question How to add the date images to the posts?

I want to show a category of posts, named "appointments", in the homepage, where every post have his date in a square on the left, isn't an image, there is only a background color and the text of the date.
I have the Pro version of Elementor, there is a way to do this?
How can i show my appointments post in this way?
