Question How to add image (or custom shape) behind text

Attached you'll find an example of what I would like to replicate in Elementor. I tried to figure out a way to overlay text over a custom shape. Does anyone know how to design the example below (goal is not uploading / using it as an image, but text that is used as kind of overlay).
