Fixed positioned icon for scrolling up does not show up on real cell phone

I've followed a few of the videos for a fixed position icon in order to allow the user to scroll to the top. Here is the thing. It works in elementor and in my chrome browser for mobile when I visit the site and push to it to mobile size. I've set the position for each size to make sure it will be seen.

But when I bring my site up on a Samsung 9 running android in chrome or firefox the icon does not appear. I don't have a iPhone at the moment.

Not sure what I'm missing here. I really made it for mobile users.

Any suggestions would be highly welcome. Just not sure if it is android, or a little piece of custom code to make it show.
