Question First and last submenu not showing

Dear friends, my submenu doesn't show the next hierarchy on the first and last submenu item. In the below screenshot, "Gassensoren" shows the underlying hierarchy. But the first item, "Gaswarnzentralen", does not. Neither do the last items on the submenu. Thanks so much for your help. Roland.
