Element "Working Progress" no longer moves

It seems this element has changed.
When I first build a page I used Working Process Style Three. It had a moving element -- As you scroll the blurb showed up, but now it's just static. (I'm on a personal pro plan) .
I'm seeking solution/ideas to make a section of showing work progress more interesting. Anyone? TIA
