Question DropBox Scroll Color Shift Example

Hi, i have a question regarding the design of dropbox.com

Someone know a way to rebuild the menu color swap?
The content underneath the header disapears except the background
and while the background scrolls up the color of the menu text shifts.

I tried to rebuild it on codepen with css without success.
Anyone knows if this is possible in elementor or with plain css?
Or do i have to rebuild this effect in javascript?
