Categories title appearing in preview but not in title on product boxes

hi, somethings that has me scratching my head - when using the editor, the product categories don't appear the product boxes and it looks great but when I switch to preview the page the shop/product category titles appear and push my title below the product image - I've attached an image to explain it better

does anyone know how to get rid of it? so the product categories don't appear on the product boxes to at least become invisible and allow my title to appear above the product image
