Carousel in tablet (768) is set to show 3 images with captions but only one is shown

We set up the following carousel

Desktop - slides to show 4
Tablet - slides to show 3
Mobile - slides to show 1

Desktop and mobile we have no issue... however with tablet its always showing 1

We tried everything from changing image width for the image, adjust padding etc... but its always showing one
