Best Job Manager plugin for Elementor

I would like to make a website similar to upwork... I have researched a lot but could not find the perfect plugin to give my website the functionality of job portals, and hiring. What would be the best job plugin that works well with Elementor and is not extremely expensive. Even suggestions on other methods to creating similar websites.
