Acceptance box does not display properly

Hello.
Whatever I do, I can not get the acceptance box to display properly.
Please see picture attached.

Can anyone suggest a solution? I'd greatly appreciate it!

Wordpress: 5.3.2
Elementor version: Elementor PRO - Version 2.8.3
Widget: Form builder
Theme: Twenty Twenty
Web browser: Chrome
OS: pc win 10

The website is not yet live, I am currently building it locally through Bitnami Wordpress stack.

But not long ago I had problems with checkbox appearances on live sites as well.

A screenshot is provided in the original post.

But it what way is it not displaying properly your screenshot shows the box

There is no box, it's just a line. I now have a checkmark to show by default but if I remove that (like I want) there is just a line and a visitor doesn't know what to do.
